  • The range of Qeys products consists of wearable item which allows the user to store, manage and share data. Qeys payment wearables allows users to make contactless payments.

  • Qeys wearables are embedded with a circuit board which uses near field communication to transfer information.

  • Qeys payment wearables are compatible with Curve Card accounts in the United Kingdom and Europe EEC.

    Powered by Rapid Contactless Technology through the Qeys Pay app available on Android and iOS device, delivering Mastercard payment data, via secure tokenisation, quickly and by just downloading the app.

  • Qeys payment wearables run on Mastercards Tokenization Infrastructure. Tokenization is the process of replacing a card’s primary account number (PAN)—the 16-digit number on the plastic card—with a unique alternate card number, or “token.” Tokens can be used for mobile point-of-sale transactions, in-app purchases or online purchases.

  • For activated wearables, your wearable is valid for 3 years. After 3 years you can simply reactivate your wearable using the Manage-Mii app.

  • Once you’ve received your Qeys wearable:

    1. Download the Qeys Pay app on your mobile phone device (available on Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

    2. Set up an account using just your email address.

    3. Sign into your Qeys Pay account and follow the instructions to activate your payment wearable.

      NOTE: You will require a Curve account to use the payment wearable.

    1. Go on to the Qeys Pay app.

    2. Select your wearable.

    3. There are two options: Option 1: Suspend. This option will temporarily suspend your wearable from being used.

      Option 2: Remove Service. This option will permanently unlink your Curve account from your wearable device. It will remove your Curve account from your wearable device.

  • You can return your order by completing the returns form.

    You have the right to change your mind and cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery of your completed order, provided that your Qeys product(s) have not been activated, is in an unused condition, packed in their original packaging (as stated in the terms and conditions). If you wish to exercise this right, you must pay the return shipping costs of the product.
